At JessaKae, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in every piece you purchase. If your order isn't quite the perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of your delivery date.

Return Process

  Enter your order number and zip code into our online returns portal to select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Method

  Select whether you would like to exchange your item for a different size, receive store credit, or get a refund to your original payment method.

  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags still attached.

• 4.
  Drop Off Your Package

  Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping carrier location and keep your tracking receipt for updates on your return status.
